Wild Outdoor Creations has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, email wildoutdoorcreations20@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions
Custom products, special orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable. Please get in touch with any questions about a specific item.
Damages and exchanges
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item first, then place a separate order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
You will be notified once a return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
